Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager

We are looking for a dynamic HSE Manager to join a fast-growing renewable energy company. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and will have a comprehensive knowledge of HSE management systems, including ISO14001 and OHSAS18001, and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.

The successful candidate will also have an excellent understanding of safety risk management, with the ability to identify potential hazards and ensure that the relevant safety measures are in place. A proactive approach is essential, as is the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and external parties.
