The role of HSE Advisor is pivotal, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance are met throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, implementing robust HSE policies, and conducting thorough risk assessments. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HSE management systems tailored to onshore wind projects.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

- Provide expert guidance and training to site personnel on HSE best practices.

- Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

- Liaise with project stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies, to promote a collaborative approach to HSE.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, with a focus on onshore wind projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams.
