The ideal candidate will possess:

• A NEBOSH qualification and Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)
• demonstrating a solid foundation in health and safety management. 
• With over 10 years of experience in the field, the successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and practical skills, ensuring the highest standards of QHSE are maintained and continually improved.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments
• Leading incident investigations. 

The role also involves training and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of safety and compliance across the organisation.

Candidates should exhibit strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in a similar role within the construction or oil and gas industries will be highly advantageous.
