Site Manager

A leading Renewable Energy company is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a site manager for Onshore Wind projects across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects and make a real impact in the fight against climate change.

As a site manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the construction and operation of onshore wind farms
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with project teams to coordinate activities
• Manage subcontractors, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

The successful candidate will:

• Have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A relevant degree in engineering or construction management
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
• Experience working on onshore wind projects in Europe is highly desirable.
