Head of Europe - Financial Advisory

Our client is a specialist advisory platform operating at the intersection of capital, strategy and infrastructure delivery across Europe. With established capabilities in debt advisory and M&A, they are now seeking a Head of Europe to lead and scale their continental platform across digital infrastructure and renewable energy.

This is a senior leadership mandate for an individual who combines deep transaction experience with the commercial acumen required to build and grow a cross-border advisory business.

The role carries full European responsibility. Spanning origination, execution oversight, team leadership and market positioning.

The Role

As Head of Europe, you will be responsible for leading the firm’s advisory activity across digital infrastructure (data centres, fibre, towers and related platforms) and renewable energy (onshore/offshore wind, solar, storage and emerging energy transition assets).

You will drive both debt advisory and M&A mandates, working with sponsors, developers, infrastructure funds, IPPs and institutional investors across key European markets.

This is a strategic and execution-oriented leadership position with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the European advisory business with full regional P&L responsibility
• Originate and execute debt advisory mandates across infrastructure and renewables
• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across energy and digital assets
• Maintain and expand relationships with infrastructure funds, private equity, lenders and strategic investors
• Build and mentor a high-performing cross-border team
• Shape market strategy and positioning across core European jurisdictions
• Act as a senior advisor on complex capital structures and structured financing solutions
• Represent the platform at industry events and investor forums

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience within financial advisory, investment banking, infrastructure advisory or project finance
• Demonstrable transaction track record in both Digital Infrastructure and Renewable Energy
• Strong expertise in debt structuring and M&A execution
• Established relationships with European lenders and infrastructure investors
• Experience operating across multiple European jurisdictions
• Proven leadership capability and ability to scale teams
• Commercial mindset with strong origination capability
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages advantageous
